Healthcare Focus Group Opportunity
Hello Mapleton Sailors and our Upriver Community,
We are excited to share an exciting opportunity with you all. We are partnering with [Comunidad y Herencia Cultural](www.nochecultural.com/) to conduct focus groups and interviews to gain valuable insights into the healthcare needs of our Mapleton and upriver communities. Afterwards, work will continue to prioritize and create solutions with continued community involvement.
Whether you’ve had positive or negative healthcare experiences, we want to hear from you. In appreciation of your time (1.5-2 hours) and valuable insights, we are offering the following incentives:

$50 gift cards
–
A meal during the participation session
–
Community service hours for Mapleton students
–
Childcare arrangements, if necessary
If you’re interested in participating, please contact Courtney Stone at [cstone@mapleton.k12.or.us](mailto:cstone@mapleton.k12.or.us) or 720-427-3330, and we will coordinate a schedule to meet during the first few weeks of November.
For students who may prefer a more private setting, we are also open to conducting 1-on-1 interviews or providing access to a survey. Our goal is to make it as convenient as possible for you to share your thoughts.
