Senior Spotlight: Oliver Ramsey

Oliver Ramsey has been a student in the Mapleton School District since the ninth grade. Oliver is an integral part of Mapleton High School, serving on the student council and helping lead the Culinary PBL for the last three years. Oliver has enjoyed all of his teachers at Mapleton for various reasons and gives a big “shout out” to Ms. Courtney Stone for being a staff member he always looks forward to seeing and with whom he can relate.

Oliver’s favorite memory at Mapleton was attending the Oregon Association of Student Council Conference with the other student council members. One of Oliver’s funniest memories was dressing up like a clown for the elementary Halloween Maze and scaring students with the now-infamous clown costume! After graduation, Oliver plans to attend Job Corps, where he will study Culinary Arts, a field they are passionate about.
